Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Barrister Gohar Ali Khan on Wednesday said that the nation cannot withstand further experiments, and the decision made by the people on February 8 should be universally acceptable.
Addressing party workers in Buner, Gohar urged an end to all disputes despite the numerous injustices faced by PTI, calling for a ceasefire.
He highlighted PTI's efficient conduct of intra-party elections among the 175 political parties, contrasting it with the acceptance of smaller-scale elections by other parties.
Gohar questioned the Election Commission of Pakistan's (ECP) reluctance to accept PTI's intra-party elections held in a crowded assembly, pointing out the contrasting approval of JUI-F's elections in a small room and PPP's elections in Zardari's drawing room.
He criticized PML-N and PPP for not conducting intra-party elections in any province, highlighting that the ECP only accepted elections for four seats as intra-party elections.
Regarding the withdrawal of PTI's electoral symbol, the "bat," Gohar expressed confidence in regaining the lost symbol. Despite complaints with the judiciary and state institutions, he emphasized PTI's consistent trust in the judiciary.
He stressed the importance of ensuring an unobstructed path for the people's voice on election day, urging PTI workers to display patience and tolerance on February 8.
