Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz said on Friday that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif can solve the myriad problems.
Addressing the public gathering in Burewala, Maryam said, ‘’There is a responsibility to slash the prices of roti, sugar, flour, vegetables, and meat. It is part of our manifesto to upgrade hospitals, providing free medicines.’’
At the outset of her speech, Maryam said, ‘’You know that I have arrived in Burewala for the first time. I would like to express my gratitude for the way you people have welcomed me. Vote for the PML-N so that the party can serve you all.’’
She took a swipe at the opponents, saying, ‘’Many people came and befooled people by taking the name of South Punjab. The PML-N has served South Punjab in a real context. Other political parties had kept South Punjab to stage their politics.’’
Lavishing her praise on PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, Maryam said, ‘’Nawaz Sharif had ended the 22-hour-long power outage in the country.’’
‘’Nawaz Sharif will again take the country out of the quagmire by addressing the problems in line with inflation and unemployment,’’ Maryam said.
