Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Murad Ali Shah said on Wednesday that the court had sentenced the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, not any other leader.
Speaking to the media in Sehwan, the former Sindh chief minister said: “The matter was revolving around the watch of Dubai, but fake receipts had been presented before the court.”
He urged the caretaker government to maintain the law and order situation in the country.

Taking a jibe at the PTI founder, Shah said, “The PTI founder had harmed the country’s economy’’.

He expressed optimism that the PPP chairman will address the matters in line with terrorism and economic woes.

Few days back, Murad Ali Shah asserted on Sunday that his party will clinch victory in the upcoming elections, slated to happen on February 8.
Expressing his thoughts in Khairpur, Shah said, “We will address the problems if we vote into power."The election campaign of the PPP is running with verve.”

Few days back, PPP leader Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari said that her party stages politics to "uplift" the masses.
Addressing the public gathering in Tando Muhammad Khan, Aseefa said, “The PPP is fighting against skyrocketing inflation and poverty.” She took a swipe at the political opponents, saying, “The rest of the political parties have the greed to rule.”
She urged the masses to vote for the PPP, saying, “Cast vote for the PPP so that Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari can fight for the masses.”
