Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) patron-in-chief Jahangir Khan Tareen said on Sunday that his party also needs prayers along with the votes in the upcoming elections.
Addressing the workers’ convention from NA-149 in Multan, Jahangir Tareen said: "Nawaz Sharif had said that we would jointly contest the elections in Multan."
"No matter what I do, I will need your [masses'] prayers," he said.
He resolved to embrace unity in terms of leading the country towards prosperity.

"I will initiate 500 projects in five years," he said.
– Jahangir Tareen resolves to fix country's economy –
On Sunday, Jahangir Tareen resolved to fix the country's economy.
Addressing the election rally from NA-155 in Lodhran, Jahangir Tareen said: "The people of Lodhran had made me victorious with the lead of 40,000 votes. I would like to request everybody vote for the eagle on February 8."
"I am also contesting the elections from Multan, but I will not leave Lodhran alone," he said.
"I only go to the assembly to merely serve the masses. I will use all the resources to uplift Lodhran," Jahangir Tareen said.
