Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Gohar Khan and candidate for prime minister-post Omer Ayub on Sunday demanded formation of judicial commission to probe the confessions made by the Liaquat Ali Chatha, former commissioner of Rawalpindi, of overturning the losers into winners on the Rawalpindi division seats.
The commissioner made the shocking statements in a live press conference and pleaded the authorities concerned to hang him at Kacheri’s Chowk over the rigging committed in Elections 2024 and put serious allegations on the ECP CEC and chief justice of Pakistan. The ECP formed committee to probe the allegations while CJP Justice Umar Ata Bandial rejected the allegations.
PTI leader Omar Ayub said for past 12 months, PTI workers were harassed by the police, put against the wall and cases were made against them.
He vowed PTI will form government in center and provinces and claiming of winning the 180 seats in the elections. “I am grateful to the PTI founder and the party for considering me for PM role,” he said.
PTI leader demanded that notification of all candidates be issued and alleged that about 18 to 19 seats MQM have stolen in Karachi.
Judicial commission
