Former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak said on Saturday that the people had realised that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) cannot bring change in the country’s system.
Expressing his thoughts on Samaa TV in Nowshera, the former PTI stalwart said: “The system which I formed for the uplift of this province [KP] had been ended by the PTI.”
“I would like to ask PTI founder Imran Khan that why all the hard work done by me for the five years had been wasted,” said Khattak.
He challenged the current rulers in KP to steer the province towards the prosperity.
Khattak stated: “Why is the province [KP] today is not witnessing the prosperity and why no reforms in police is being made.”
“Why there has been an increase in bribery and lack of availability in the KP’s hospitals. The people in the province are facing unemployment,” he rued.
Khattak asserted, “The political vendetta is underway. But I want the completion of the PTI’s five-year tenure in KP so that the people will come to know what the party [PTI] had delivered in the province.”
