Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) senior leader Liaqat Baloch on Sunday called for political stability.
Expressing his thoughts, Baloch said: "Political stability can only be achieved with transparent polls. All the tactics were used to keep the JI far from the masses."
Baloch underscored the importance of the voters, Baloch said, “The decision of the voters should be accepted.”
– Sirajul Haq dubs elections 'selection' –
Few days back, JI Emir Sirajul Haq on Saturday dubbed the recently held general elections "selection”.
Speaking to media in Lahore, Haq said: ‘The masses had denounced the elections, which were all about fraud.”
"First, there was a tradition in our country of plundering the votes, but now the complete results are being snatched,” he added.
Haq asserted: “We have been ruled out of the parliament as our votes have been plundered.”.
Expressing his thoughts about the ECP CEC, he said: “The ECP CEC had not done justice to the masses.”
The JI emir underscored the importance of the labourers in the country, saying, “The labourers are having an important role in fostering the economy as they are the backbone of the country.”
