A local court in Karachi rejected on Tuesday the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) plea against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Rana Sanaullah for allegedly threatening the party founder.
According to details, the court heard the petition of Zahoor Mahsood, the President of PTI Lawyers Forum Sindh.
The court was informed by the police that the petitioner had been asked to come to the police station to record his statement over the phone, but Zahoor Mehsood did not come to record his statement.
It was stated in the petition that on March 25, threats to "assassinate" the PTI were seen on social media.
"The PTI founder is in Adiala Jail. At the moment, Rana Sanaullah is having a good relations with the jail authorities."
Currently, the PTI founder is in Adiala Jail and Rana Sanaullah is having good relations with the jail authorities.
The action should be taken against Rana Sanaullah according to the law.
