Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) supremo Maulana Fazlur and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Qaiser exchanged views on the country's political situation on Thursday.
According to details, Qaiser held a telephone conversation with Rehman. Both leaders had felicitated each other on Eidul Fitr. Qaiser denounced the slogans chanted against the JUI-F chief during the gathering of Tehreek Tahafuz Ayeen-e Pakistan in Pishin.
He expressed his desire to extend talks with the JUI-F. Rehman said: "The contacts between the PTI and JUI-F had held before as well. We [JUI-F] are having some reservations."
Rehman called for removing reservations from the JUI-F before holding bilateral talks with the PTI.
The JUI-F chief asked Qaiser to assure a strategy in a bid to address the reservations of the former's party.

Few days back, it was reported that the PTI founder had reportedly expressed his desire for Rehman to join the anti-government movement.
According to sources, he had also tasked important leaders within the party, such as Asad Qaiser, Barrister Gohar, and Omar Ayub, with engaging in discussions with Rehman regarding collaboration in the movement.
