Sindh Minister Nasir Shah asked on Friday to complete the Sukkur-Hyderabad motorway.
Expressing his thoughts, Shah said: "The federal government should take measures to complete the motorway on a priority basis. The Sukkur-Hyderabad motorway should be kept under the federal budget on a priority basis."
"The Sukkur-Hyderabad motorway can also be completed through the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project," Shah said.
He maintained that Sukkur-Hyderabad is the "backbone" of remittances.
"The motorway should also be given priority in line with the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC)," Shah said.
– Sharjeel Memon vows to control street crime in Sindh –
Few days back, Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon vowed to control street crime in Sindh.
According to details, Memon said: "The new interior minister and IG are making all-out efforts to curb street crime. Karachi is a big city, and handling illegal immigrants is a challenge."
"We are making efforts to send the illegal immigrants back to their country as soon as possible," he added.
He acknowledged the efforts of police and Rangers, saying, "The police and Rangers are making all-out efforts to control street crime."
