Pakistan Army kills 11 terrorists in KP operations
Earlier, the Pakistan Army killed eleven terrorists in two different operations in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the military’s media wing said on Monday.
A press release from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the operations, strategically planned based on credible intelligence, targeted areas suspected of harbouring terrorists in Dera Ismail Khan and North Waziristan.
In the first incident, a meticulously executed intelligence-based operation in DI Khan led to a fierce exchange of fire, culminating in the neutralization of ten terrorists.
These militants were known for their involvement in heinous attacks against both security forces and civilians, posing a grave threat to peace and stability in the region.
Simultaneously, in North Waziristan, security forces engaged in a crucial encounter that resulted in the elimination of another terrorist, further denting the capabilities of anti-state elements operating in the area.
