Another spell of rain was likely to start on Wednesday in Lahore and other parts of the country.
The spell will continue until Sunday, April 28 (with intervals), the Punjab Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) said.
Meanwhile, the PDMA had issued an alert for more rain. The PDMA had predicted a “rain-windstorm and thunderstorm.
Earlier, the meteorological department had predicted rain and hailstorms in most parts of the country.
On April 18, rain with wind and thunderstorm was predicted in Islamabad and the surrounding areas.
