Load shedding remains a significant issue, affecting various areas across Lahore. Residents in China Scheme, Sabzazar, Federal Colony, and Green Town report frequent and unannounced power outages, exacerbating the discomfort caused by the oppressive heat.

Meanwhile, in Karachi, the monsoon season has entered its third day, bringing much-needed rain but offering little respite from the city's intense heat.

Looking ahead, the next spell of monsoon rains is expected to hit Karachi after July 20. In the meantime, the city continues to grapple with sweltering temperatures, which are predicted to reach up to 37 degrees Celsius today.
