Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Tariq Fazal Chaudhry assailed on Friday the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, saying the latter needs no political enemy.
Expressing his thoughts, Chaudhry said: "The PTI will not be given the opportunities to attack. The PTI founder had embraced the politics of confrontation and hatred."
"The PTI founder cannot stage his politics by making the narrative against the state," he added.
– Azma Bukhari fires fresh salvo at PTI –
Separately, Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari launched Friday a fresh broadside at the PTI.
Expressing her thoughts, Azma recalled the events that transpired on May 9, saying, "The PTI cannot change history in line with the May 9 mayhem." She rebuked the PTI, stating, "The party [PTI] that is embracing anarchy is not getting the foreign funding without staging the protests and public gatherings for a year."
"The PTI is facing severe economic crunch for not holding the protests and public gatherings.
She lambasted the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, saying, "The video featuring Ali Amin Gandapur in which he is seen distributing the notes of Rs5,000 is slapped on the KP government."
