'Awaam Pakistan' party convener Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Tuesday urged the need for bringing big reforms to the country.
Expressing his thoughts on Samaa TV, the former premier said: "Right now, the country is facing pressure at every level. I had said that the polls will worsen the country's situation.".
He lamented: "Why hasn't the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) been reached to date?"
Abbasi stated: "The pressure mounts on the country's economy and politics. We are neither doing nor thinking of what to do?"
He said, "I would like to see the solution to the problems faced by the country."

Abbasi on Tuesday called for finding the political solution prior to talking about the military operations in Balochistan.
Expressing his thoughts, the former prime minister said: "The events that transpired in Balochistan are deplorable. There are no examples of such events in the past."
