The daughter of Captain Islam Shaheed shared her sentiments, saying, "The nation observes September 6th as Pakistan's Defense Day, and the Pakistan Army's soldiers foiled the attack of a much larger force."
She added, "After this war, Pakistan emerged as a stronger country," and expressed, "I miss my father a lot, and I sacrificed my father for this country."
The son of Naib Subedar Zulfiqar Shaheed stated, "I sacrificed my father for the safety and survival of this country," and vowed, "I will also never hesitate to lay down my life for Pakistan, just like my father."
