Petroleum Minister Musadik Malik said on Wednesday that up to five teams are working to provide relief to the masses on the power bills.
Expressing his thoughts, Malik stated: "Hopefully, the kind of package we are bringing will provide some relief to the masses on the power bills."
Speaking about the price of gas, the minister said: "We will not increase the price of gas in the ongoing year during the winters."
He talked about the situation in Balochistan, saying, "There has been an external intervention in Balochistan."
Stressing the need for addressing the problems in the province, Malik said: "There is a need to find the political solution to all the problems."
Meanwhile, speaking about the Reko Diq project, Malik said: "We are moving the Reko Diq project to an advanced stage. We are under the non-disclosure agreement on the Reko Diq project."
He expressed optimism that soon the good news will surface in line with the Reko Diq project.
