The Islamabad administration summoned on Sunday the FC personnel at Chungi No 26 following the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers had pelted the stones on the police.
According to details, the PTI and Islamabad police locked horns after the party had violated the NOC in connection with holding the power show in Sangjani.
According to the details, the PTI workers had pelted stones at the police. The deputy commissioner had made it clear that if the stone pelting continues, then many of the workers will be arrested.
"Now the public gathering has become illegal, so therefore the cases will be registered if the instructions of ending the rally will not be followed," the deputy commissioner added.
The district magistrate has issued notice to PTI Islamabad chapter Amir Mughal. In this notice, the violations of the code of conduct in line with holding the power show were highlighted.
The PTI had been strictly directed to ensure the implementation of the mentioned SOPs in the NOC.
"It is important to implement the conditions of ending the public gathering," the notice said.
Meanwhile, the Islamabad district administration had decided to take legal action against the PTI for not holding its power show in the allocated time according to the NOC.
According to details, the PTI had violated the NOC as the party continued to stage the gathering following the end of the allocated time.
The PTI was allowed to hold the power show from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The deputy commissioner had made it clear that the legal action would be taken against the PTI.
Earlier, the rally organizers had been asked to end the power show of the PTI at 7:00 pm.
Sources divulged that the district administration had conveyed the message to the PTI rally organisers.
The allocated time given to the PTI for holding the public gathering has been ended according to the NOC.

It is mandatory for the PTI to end the power show in time, as there will be no concession in terms of extending the time.

Reacting to the stone pelting at the police officers, Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi had directed the best medical facilities to the injured.
Naqvi had held a telephonic conversation with the injured SSP. On this occasion, the interior minister had inquired after the health of the injured SSP.
Meanwhile, Naqvi had summoned the report from the Islamabad IG over the matter.

Earlier on Sunday, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur expressed optimism that the PTI's power show in Islamabad will be "successful.”
Expressing his thoughts, Gandapur asked the party workers to ensure their availability to reach Sangjani at the venue of the public gathering, slated to be happen today (September 8).
“Every sector was witnessing growth in the tenure of the PTI founder. But now the country’s economy is on the verge of collapse,” he said.
CM Gandapur lamented: “The burden of loans had been increased. On the one side, where the country is witnessing whooping inflation, on the other side, the country is struggling to maintain peace.”
“Those who had plundered the national wealth have once again provided with the NRO,” he said.
Speaking about the Sangjani’s gathering, CM Gandapur said: “During the public gathering, the future strategy will be formulated.”
