The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday postponed its protest, which was scheduled to be held on September 13 (Friday).
According to details, the embattled party was now looking to hold its protest on September 21. In connection with the protest, PTI leader Salman Akram Raja said: "We will definitely hold the gathering on September 21, whether we will get the NOC or not. We [PTI] are not petrified. We are ready to face jail."
"We will use all the platforms to record our protest."
– Snap polls –
Few days back, PTI leader Omar Ayub reiterated the demand for holding snap polls in the country.
Expressing his thoughts, Ayub said: "September 9 was the blackest day in the country's history. The parliament was attacked during the last night and early morning."
"I have complained from Ayaz Sadiq that how did he give the permission for entry," Ayub lamented.
