Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday appointed 20 lawmakers as the parliamentary secretaries.
Prominent among those who were appointed as the parliamentary secretaries were Sajid Mehdi, Ahmed Atiq Anwar, Usama Sarwar, Mian Khan Bugti, Aamir Talal, Farah Naz Akbar, Shizra Mansab, Saba Sadiq, Daniyal Chaudhry, and Kiran Imran Dar.
Dr Danish, Wajiha Qamar, Usman Awaisi, Shahid Usman, Anwarul Haq Chaudhry, Kheal Das, Zeb Jaffar, and Shamsher Ali Mazari were also appointed as the parliamentary secretaries.
Azhar Khan Leghari and Gul Asghar Khan were also appointed the parliamentary secretaries.
The notification for the appointment of the lawmakers as the parliamentary secretaries had also been issued.
– No compromise on Pakistan's sovereignty, reiterates PM Shehbaz –
Few days back, PM Shehbaz made it clear that the country will not compromise on sovereignty.
Addressing an event in connection with Defence and Martyrs Day at GHQ in Rawalpindi. The premier underscored the importance of upholding peace. “The nations lead to prosperity by embracing peace. Pakistan wants peaceful relations with its neighbours as to maintain peace is our topmost priority.”
“Pakistan has always played a positive role to uphold stability in the region. The country has played a significant role in a bid to end the menace of terrorism,” he said.
PM Shehbaz said: “The borders of Pakistan are the symbol of peace themselves.
