Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Barrister Gohar Ali vowed on Wednesday that his party will take on board JUI-F supremo Maulana Fazlur Rehman at the National Assembly and Senate.
Speaking to media, Khan said: "We had a good meeting with Maulana Fazlur Rehman, as his mood was pleasant."
"In terms of legislation, we will join hands together," he maintained.
Khan said: "We will form the strategy after reviewing the draft."
"Today, both [PTI, Maulana Fazlur Rehman] have denounced the constitutional amendment draft," he stated.
– Govt has no mandate to approve ‘constitutional package’ –
Few days back, the PTI chairman said that the incumbent government was "not having the mandate to approve the constitutional package.”
Speaking exclusively to Samaa TV following the parliament sessions were postponed, Khan said: “In the in-camera briefing, all the things cannot be discussed. You [government] are not having the mandate pertaining to the judiciary. We want to hold talks on this.”
Khan stated: “We are having the question that on which topic do we have to discuss? What else do we talk with you [the government] without the constitutional amendment draft?”
