– PTI does not want to see 'revival' of country's economy, asserts Tessori –
Few days back, Tessori said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) does want to see the revival of the country's economy.
Expressing his thoughts, Tessori took a swipe at the PTI, saying, "Whether it be the arrival of the Chinese and Malaysian premiers to the country or the matter of Japanese investment in the country, one political party [the PTI] has a habit of pouring onto the streets."
"Even the Japanese envoy has said that we are ready to invest in the country, but we daily heard the news about the protests in Pakistan," he said.
Meanwhile, Tessori held a meeting with the Japanese envoy in Karachi. On this occasion, both the leaders resolved to boost trade between the two countries.
Tessori asked the Japanese investors to take advantage of the effectiveness of the various aspects.
"The investors have been extended support through the SIFC," said the Sindh Governor.
Moreover, the Japanese envoy commended the projects underway in line with the "Governor Sindh Initiative.".
The Sindh governor had also presented the Jinnah cap to the Japanese envoy.
