Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi said on Sunday that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has wanted to sabotage the forthcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in the country.
Addressing the presser following the appearance of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the assembly, Naqvi said: “We’ve got the video of Ali Amin Gandapur. It was confirmed after checking the video that Ali Amin Gandapur has departed.”
“The PTI was of the view to sacrifice the lives of people. The PTI has failed to fulfill their objectives,” he said.
“It is up to the president and prime minister to take the decisions regarding the current situation,” Naqvi maintained.
Lashing out at the PTI leadership, Naqvi said: “They [PTI leaders] themselves relax at their houses, leaving the workers to get arrested.”

Earlier, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar to Khyber Pakthunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur’s return to assembly following his "disappearance.”.
Expressing his thoughts, Tarar said: “It is a basic question that where was Ali Amin Gandapur during the last 24 hours. Ali Amin Gandapur should tell that what the need to stage such a drama was.”
