Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said on Tuesday that the efforts are underway to perplex the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers.
Expressing his thoughts, Gandapur said: “Islamabad had taken my mobile phone during the vandalism The PTI workers had been picked from the places where the call of the protests was given.”
“We have been treated like the animals,” he claimed.
“They [federal government] are looking for the constitutional amendment at their own will,” CM Gandapur stated.
“Despite all the torture, we kept on being determined in a peaceful manner,” said CM Gandapur.
“The containers will installed up to one kilometer on the way to the D-Chowk. We had reached D-Chowk by pushing back the Rangers and police,” said Gandapur.
He said: “It is neither our or the leader’s advice to put the lives of the people at stakes.”
“The DSP had asked about me after entering the KP House. The police officers were subjected to torture at the KP House,” he said.
“I am not petrified of arrest,” the KP CM maintained.
He said, “The PTI founder had said the Army belong to us and that there is no agenda against it.”
“I had stayed at the pickup for four hours. These people kept on searching me. I had told my guard that we have to get out of here. The guard had told me that all of the cars had been damaged.”
“It was raining, and I climbed from the picket. They did not see me,” CM Gandapur stated.
“I went on to the house of the DPO of one of the districts. The DPO was not there in his house,” he added.
CM Gandapur added: “One of the persons had paved way for me to talk with the DPO. I had told the DPO to provide security. I had told the DPO to ensure that nobody knows that I am looking for the security.”
“The DPO has refused to give guarantee in this regard,” CM Gandapur said.
He said: “Those who are taking the decisions in the country have no realization for humanity. They are going against the constitution and Sharia laws.”
