Pakistan Peoples Party's (PPP) senior leader Saeed Ghani said on Sunday that the anti-state elements want to sabotage the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Expressing his thoughts, Ghani said: "The enemy countries want to stop the arrival of the international delegation in the country. The attack happened at the Karachi airport was part of the conspiracy. "
He acknowledged the support of Saudi Arabia for the country, saying, "Saudi Arabia has played a substantial role in reaching the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Saudi Arabia has always extended its support to Pakistan in difficult times."
Ghani expressed optimism that the diplomatic and cordial ties between the two countries will be maintained.
"We should take the maximum benefits from the Saudi assistance to become independent," Ghani stated.
"Over 2.7 million of the Pakistani citizens have been employed in Saudi Arabia,' he said.
