Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif resolved on Monday to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi soon.
According to details, in his interview with Indian journalist Barkha Dutt, Nawaz talked about the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in Pakistan, saying, “It would have been better if Narendra Modi had himself visited Pakistan.”
He underscored the significance of the SCO moot, Nawaz stated: “The SCO is the best opportunity to improve the ties between Pakistan and India.

Meanwhile, commending the speech of PM Shehbaz at the United Nations (UN), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif said: "What to do with such a United Nations, who could not implement on its resolution."
"The world is remaining silent on the issue of the atrocity against innocent people of Palestine," the three-time premier added.
"It is quite heartbreaking to see the pictures of the innocent children, who are subjected to atrocity in Palestine," he added.
"Palestine has been subjected to worst violence in the history of the world," Nawaz said.
"Palestine has no military power and weapons," he lamented.
