Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Barrister Aqeel Malik said on Saturday that the incumbent government was considering bringing the 27th constitutional amendment.
Expressing his thoughts on Samaa TV, Malik said: “There will be amendments in the Practice and Procedure Act. The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) will constitute the benches.”
“After the amendment in the Practice and Procedure Act, the normal benches will constitute the procedure committee,” he said.
Malik said: “The law allows the trial of the civilian in the military courts.

Few weeks back, Malik said that the foreign media had "exposed" the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder.
Expressing his thoughts, Malik stated: "The British newspaper has labeled the PTI founder as the disgraced former prime minister. The person who cannot become the councilor is talking about becoming the chancellor. This is even the joke with the Oxford."
"Attempts are being made to save the PTI founder. The international lobby wants to save its stooge, but this is not going to be happen," Malik added.
"The entire nation knows that the new wave of terrorism is the gift from the PTI founder," he added.
Malik said: "The PTI founder had forgiven the terrorists and released the Taliban from jail."
