Sindh Police investigation team has recovered the weapon used in the crime from the prime suspect’s house.
According to sources, the weapon was hidden inside the security guard’s room.
The Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) team visited the suspect’s house yesterday, seizing several items based on his indications. These items will be sent to the laboratory for forensic examination.
Authorities are also retrieving CCTV footage from the suspect’s residence, but efforts to unlock mobile data have so far been unsuccessful.
Meanwhile, Mustafa Amir’s body will undergo exhumation to collect biological samples. The cause of death will be determined once the forensic reports are received.
