The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on Tuesday investigated the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders separately in connection with the smear campaign on the social media.
According to details, the PTI leaders appeared before the JIT. The PTI leaders were given the questionnaires after the investigation.
The JIT had investigated Salman Akram Raja, Raoof Hassan, Kanwal Shauzab, Asad Qaiser, Shah Farman, and Aliya Hamza separately for one hour each.
The lawyer of Aliya Hamza and Kanwal Shauzab, Ali Imran, also appeared before the court.
Sources divulged that the JIT had asked the PTI leaders to submit the response soon.
