Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif will chair the parliamentary board meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) in line with the ticket distribution for the three constituencies of Islamabad.
Sources divulged on Tuesday that the parliamentary board meeting will be convened for the fourth time to conduct final interviews for the candidates.
The candidates willing to get the party ticket had reached Lahore for an interview.
Earlier, the parliamentary board meeting had been delayed three times.
– No chance of delay in elections: Talal Chaudhry –
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Talal Chaudhry said on Tuesday that there is no chance of a delay in elections.
Speaking to the media in Lahore, Chaudhry said, “Those who are the opponents of us are the experts in making fake narratives. The PML-N had never gotten the level playing field.”
“However, the PTI’s applications can lead to a delay in elections,” Chaudhry stated.
