The negotiations between Istehkam-e-Pakisan Party (IPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on the issue of seat adjustment for the general elections to be held in the country on February 8 have entered final stage.
According to reliable sources, the talks for seat adjustments between the IPP and the PML-N have progressed significantly.
The PML-N has consented to a seat adjustment in Jahangir Tareen’s Lodhran constituency, marking the first phase of agreements.
Further discussions are ongoing for seat adjustments in constituencies represented by prominent figures such as Abdul Aleem Khan, Aun Chaudhry, Nouman Langriyal, and Ishaq Khakwani, who serves as the President of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP). These deliberations aim to finalize a mutual agreement on seat allocations for the forthcoming elections.
