The Sindh Home Department decided on Sunday to suspend mobile phone services across various districts in the province as a security measure in connection with the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA).
The suspension will affect several key areas, including Hyderabad, Thatta, Dadu, Sajawal, and Badin, as well as Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Khairpur, Rohri, and Larkana.
In Karachi, mobile services will be suspended in the south, west and east Districts.
The decision will aim to ensure public safety and maintain order during the religious observances.
