Pakistani actor Shuja Asad bid farewell to drama serial ‘Tan Man Neelo Neel’ in a post reflecting on the response the drama received, expressing gratitude to the audience. He admitted his initial hesitation in taking on the role due to the sensitive subject matter but later embraced the story.
Acknowledging the efforts of the team behind the project, director Saife Hasan, and writer Mustafa Afridi, he praised ‘their courage in telling such a powerful story’. He also extended appreciation to his co-star, Sehar Khan, for her ‘unwavering support’.
Beyond the production, Shuja used the moment to reflect on the drama’s deeper message, voicing his hope for a more just and compassionate society. He ended his note by showing gratitude to Sonu Danger, thanking him before signing off with: “From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Sonu Danger.”
