Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee chairman Zaka Ashraf on Sunday postponed the Australia tour due to the delay in the Pakistan Super League’s (PSL) bidding.
Earlier, it was reported that Ashraf was expected to touchdown today.
Sources had divulged that Ashraf will be accompanied by Chief Operating Officer (COO) Salman Naseer. During his visit to Australia, Ashraf will hold meetings with Cricket Australia officials.
The PCB chief was also expected to witness the Boxing Day Test between Australia and Pakistan, which will begin on December 26 (Tuesday).
The Pat Cummins-led team is taking the lead 1-0 against the visitors.
