The Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench heard a petition regarding the arrest of Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, where the Awami Muslim League chief addressing the court forgave the CPO and all police personnel involved linked to his arrest.
Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed then forgave his accusers "for the sake of Allah," indicating his willingness to absolve those involved in his arrest.
Then, the court disposed off the petition.
IHC Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan conducted the proceedings wherein Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed also appeared before the court.
