Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Friday issued a show cause notice to its Senator Saifullah Abro who had withdrawn from the NA-194 race in favour of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari ahead of February 8 elections.
Taking to X, Abro confirmed the development, saying that he has decided to withdraw from the constituency after meeting the PPP chairman on Thursday.

The notice accuses Saifullah Abro of breaching party discipline by withdrawing from the party ticket for the upcoming general elections.

Saifullah Abro is now required to submit an explanatory statement to the party within three days to address the accusations.
The notice warns of further action in case of non-compliance with the party's directives.
